At USDI, we are continually focused on improving the quality, consistency, and traceability of the services we provide. As part of this effort, we are pleased to introduce our enhanced calibration procedures and expanded service offerings.
USDI has developed standardized calibration procedures for all equipment utilized in our field operations. These procedures are now being incorporated into applicable Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals and will continue to be implemented across additional client systems as appropriate. Internally, these same procedures are being applied across all USDI-owned equipment to ensure consistency and reliability in the tools used to support your system.
To further enhance documentation and accessibility, we have implemented a QR-based equipment tracking system. Each piece of equipment is labeled with a scannable QR code, allowing instant access to calibration records and associated documentation in the field. In addition, our 192.GIS platform has been enhanced through ESRI Survey123 to allow calibration records to be scanned and directly tied to the work performed, creating a clear, auditable link between equipment and completed tasks.
